Association Matters

One of my favorite parts of the LIFE community is the ability to associate with very special people.  Recently, my wife and I were in Florida and spent a day with some great friends at Orrin & Laurie Woodward’s home in Port St Lucie.  We were able to invest some time with the Woodwards as well as Claude & Lana Hamilton and Wayne & Raylene Macnamara.  These people represent some of the top leaders in the business world!

The day was packed with activities and mentorship

Over the course of the day, we toured the grounds and enjoyed the beautiful weather, cheered on the beach volleyball competition, felt the rush of being on the open water of Bay St Lucie aboard the Dream Builder, shared our dreams and ambitions in group conversations, and got a close-up look at that one-of-a-kind Dodge Challenger convertible!  These are moments that less than 1% of the general population will ever have an opportunity to experience.  My memories of that day will never be forgotten.

Here’s a short video to give you a sense of the freedom of being out on the open water on a 76 ft yacht…

Thank you to Claude and Lana Hamilton, the leaders of Kaizen (http://claude-hamilton.com) for their leadership in Canada and across North America.  And for their mentorship which has helped other leaders like Wayne & Raylene Macnamara to build compensated communities of entrepreneurs.

“You’re the same today as you’ll be in five years except for the people you meet and the books you read.” ― Charlie “tremendous” Jones

Who are the people that you’re choosing to share time with?  Are they adding value to your life?  What can you learn from them?  What are they learning from you?  All of the 8 Fs  can be enhanced by improving your relationships with the appropriate people.  And at the end of the day, it’s our relationships that provide a lasting legacy.

A special thanks to Orrin & Laurie for opening their home and hosting us for the day.  Your willingness to serve is creating a ripple effect that inspires so many others to make a difference in the lives of other people!

God Bless;

John
